Joining FCS Group from the original incorporation and humble beginnings, Lee has over 27 years’ experience within the oil and gas and energy sector and has been managing FCS Group for over 15 years.

Lee is responsible for FCS Group’s operations, business development, client engagement and strategic growth, incorporating FCS America, FCS Angola and FCS China into the group’s global footprint.

Steve joins us with a wealth of experience in terms of compliance, governance and Human Resources having served as General Counsel, Company Secretary and HR director for a number of major multinational companies and listed plc’s. Having worked across diverse global industries including electronics, automotive, sport, industrial distribution and food manufacturing, he has a very broad spectrum of experience to call upon.

Seasoned project manager with progressive career in oil and gas industry and special expertise in turnaround and shutdown leadership. Well-earned reputation for delivering on objectives in cost, efficiency, quality, and safety for high-value CAEPEX, OPEX, and OBEX projects involving hundreds of workers and highly complex, dynamic requirements. Model exemplary analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills coupled with stellar communication and relationship management strengths.
